I'm going to put a transfer case in my truck and swap in a solid axle with leaf springs in the front. Will a dana 44 front and 10 bolt rear survive 35 to 37 in tires and a heavy right foot with a 4.8l? Or should I upgrade to a dana 60 and a 14 bolt? I have extensive welding and fabricating skills, do you think it will be possible to complete on a 2000 to 2500 dollar budget? Thanks.
