Non custodial parent moves. Do both parents still have to pay half of transportation of kids when they fly?

You should really ask the courts this. I have heard if one parent moves they can be liable for the whole transportation costs. As the move was no calculated into the original agreement. No one here really can say as agreements can change from case to case. So have your husband/SO get on the phone and start asking some questions.
