The guy has a tough job and made a mistake in the Charger's game. He was man enough to admit it, and even answer hate mail emails with apology. The fact is, referees make mistakes, and that is why there is instant replay. The fact that that play could not be reviewed is a flaw in the system, not a flaw with a person. He makes judgment calls on plays that happen at a high speed. Give the guy a break, he doesn't get the benefit of slow motion to make every call.
