What's wrong with this generation of America's teachers!?

I've been wondering that myself for a long time. Thanks to the NEA, this union makes it about impossible for teachers to get fired. Hence, the abuse and other things toward students. Some teachers have even KILLED students, then is STILL teaching in other states.
