What happens if you take the pill, yasmin, wrongly?

2day I was prescribed to take the yasmin pill, however withou reading I took it when I didn't get my period. I took the coloured ones however I am taking it to get rid of acne on my face and I am not ually active. What happens. Plz help. Thanx
