My 2 year old daughter fell out of shopping cart. Are these symptoms normal?

On Sunday my 2 year old daughter fell out of a shopping cart. I had my back turned and she stood up and lost her balance and fell out backwards and landed on the back of her head. She experienced extreme sleepiness, loss of balance, bad headaches (still has them) and vomiting. We took her to the ER and they did a CT scan and said it was normal so they sent her home and gave me a list of things I needed to watch for. They said she has a concussion though. She is acting fine now we just have to give her Tylenol every so often for headaches. Yesterday I noticed a large swollen bump on her head where she landed. It's not hard. It feels like it's full of liquid and it's "squishy". On her discharge papers it said swelling could happen. I just didn't know if that was normal.
