Do i need to say anything?

so i was waiting for yoga to start, and had to go to the bathroom. so i did. well when i came out the teacher was in there and asking where i'd been,etc. so i was telling her how i had gotten lyme diesease and have been having pain off and on and couldnt come, when this lady i have never seen before chimes in and tells the teacher lyme disease is the same thing as syphllis. while they are kind of like "cousins" they are not the same thing, you can not get lyme disease from , and i was upset that she said that. i didnt say anything as i didnt want to argue with some strange lady, but the next time i see the yoga teacher should i tell her its not exactly the same as syphllis or should i just let it go? i dont want her to think i am gross and be afraid to go pee after me or something, ya know?
