Sharp reacurring pain that is in the center and kind of above my stomach...?

I have a condition called Mitral Valve Prolapse that sounds fairly similiar to what you are explaining it can induce panic attacks and all kinds of strange sharp pains. Go to google and type in Mitral Valve Prolapse and you can find a wealth of information on it. My suggestion though would be go to the doctor asap. It could be something very serious.
