What kind of guitar does Toby Keith play most often?

It looks like on stage he's usually playing a Takimine EF-341. The same guitar the Bruce Springstein uses in concert. Specifically does anybody know what that guitar is in the Ford commercial. It's just all black and has the Ford logo across it.
