Wheres a great place for a Christmas party?

Well, I'm twelve years old and I'm planning a Christmas party for my friends and I. The only problem is, I don't know where would be a good place for the party ! I really don't want to have the party at my house because we have a lot of nice stuff (TVs, computers, laptops, iPad, iPods, etc.) and they have broken stuff like that before and it was NOT pretty. So if you know a place that my family and I could rent for one night that would be great for 12 year olds then please let me know :)
