Pldt My dsl plan 1995 vs Globelines Plan 1495 and GLobelines 1995? Which one is better w/ higher download sped

I plan to get a dsl in Iloilo but I don't know which one is faster. To the Filipino community here in yahoo answers, please answer my question as I am really confused.
