Taking birth control pills and a condom?

I have been on the pill for about a year now and then like 4 or 5 months ago and well sometimes I don't remember to take it the exact time everynight but I do take it like a couple minutes late or an hour or so but also when me and my fiancee have we use a spermicidal condom, my question is could I still end up pregnant even though I don't take it the same time everynight but I do take it?? Plz help!!
